The new owner is headquartered in Oklahoma (USA) and operates 14 specialist foodservice, healthcare and cleaning brands. Araven will continue as a separate entity within the company.

(Tuesday, 30 July 2024) – The American company CFS Brands has acquired Araven Hostelería-Foodservice, a specialist in professional hospitality products. The acquisition includes Araven’s complete range of exclusive solutions for various needs in preservation, handling, service, display, and cleaning, which ensure efficiency and safety in the kitchen and guarantee the highest quality of food. Araven is headquartered and has its main distribution centre in Zaragoza.
